Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to support our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in local politics, public service, and community organizing. Interns will work closely with party staff, elected officials, and volunteers on a variety of projects that advance our mission.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with planning and staffing local events, voter registration drives, and community outreach activities
• Help manage digital communications, including social media content creation and email newsletters
• Conduct basic research on local policy issues and current events
• Support campaign activities such as phone banking, canvassing, and data entry
• Attend meetings and take notes for internal briefings or public events
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as organizing materials and updating contact lists
Qualifications:
• Interest in politics, government, or community service, or social justice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds
• Basic familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
Bonus qualifications:
• Experience making short-form video for social media
• Speaking or writing proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, or Filipino is desired but not required

Schedule & Commitment:
