The Union Street Merchant Walk is a holiday-season stroll along Union Street hosted by the San Francisco Young Democrats and District 2 Democrats, bringing neighbors together to explore the small businesses that define this corridor.
Over the course of the evening, attendees will visit a series of local shops, cafés, and boutiques—enjoying seasonal specials, meeting business owners, and experiencing the street’s unique character at a relaxed, festive pace. With five stops and roughly 7-8 participating businesses, the walk is designed to spotlight the diversity of Union Street’s merchants, strengthen connections between residents and the local commercial community, and celebrate the energy of the neighborhood during one of the most meaningful times of the year.
